Prepare jobs prior to starting to ensure project is ready and supplies are ready
Oversee quality of work and maintain a timeline
Plan and schedule future jobs
Prepare estimates and job costing- ensure jobs are on schedule and budget appropriately
Track jobs including time allocated on specific tasks so we can improve our estimates
Basic Requirements
Related experience in the construction industry
Ability to lead and motivate
